after three training missions I came to a simple conclusion:

The current situation doesn't allow us to practice sophisticated scenarios since the averagely reached pilot numbers were just to small. For more complex scenarios a minimum number of 10 pilots attending per training should be provided. Unless this is not possible I'd suggest to focus on a training procedure similar to the first training we had:

Team based/mini mission based dogfight with different focuses and emphases.

What these are will be mentioned in the particular briefing to the training day's mission.
